Oracle Global Services UK HQ is in Linlithgow, Scotland, it’s main offices in England is in Reading.

Co-founded in 1977 in Santa Clara, California, by Larry Ellison, who remains executive chairman, Oracle Corporation is the fourth-largest software company in the world by market capitalization as of 2025.

This current round of RIF comes after reports of Oracle is set to spend around $40 billion on Nvidia chips for OpenAI’s Stargate data center in Texas.
